RETURN POLICY, IN STORE & ONLINE.

Hi,

you are here because you're dissatisfied or don't fit into the item we have provided you. Here are some helpful tips so the process of returning / mailing back the item is easier than expected. 

 

IN STORE:

if you have purchased from us physically in store you will have two weeks from the purchase date to get a full refund for the item, that being said the item MUST not be worn, washed or tags cut off. 

EXCHANGING IN STORE:

if you would simply like to change the item for a different size / whole different item all together, you will have 30 days to do so, bringing back the original item must not be worn, washed or tags cut off.  if new item is higher in value price you are expected to pay the difference. 

RETURNING VIA MAIL:

once you have purchased from us online if you would like a full refund you as the customer agree to pay shipping back to our main base location !  you will not receive a refund until item has been returned & inspected. Once fully evaluated and we get the all clear you will receive a full refund expect this to go back into your bank account in 3-5 business days. 

EXCHANGING VIA MAIL:

if the item you have purchased does not fit you will have to pay the shipping back to our main base location, once item is inspected and evaluated we will ship out the item at no further cost to you. 

 

PLEASE NOTE: Any discouraging acts or disrespectful attitude towards staff and company will lead to no exchange and no refund at all. Any social media posts or google reviews will be led to your account being reported/blocked from our system for any future purchases you may make.
